DMAI

DMAI is a leader in defining quality and performance issues in destination marketing. It is the world’s biggest association of destination marketing organizations (DMOs). Its membership includes more than 3,300 professionals working with close to 650 DMOs in over 30 countries.

Tourism Richmond adheres to the values, standards, and practices of DMAI. In 2008, it became the second Canadian DMO to receive DMAP accreditation.
