Judges comments on award winning Stir-Fried Beef with Kimchi:  "Northern Chinese Chefs often handle beef in better ways so the natural taste and texture of the meat will not give way to the meat tenderizer.  Here we have a seemingly simple stir-fried dish but the Korean Bogoki approach pairing beef with Kimchi works charmingly here."
